Looking for privacy without isolation? Character without compromising comfort? Built in 1880 in an area steeped in early American and Civil War history "Wilton" is a world far removed from urban congestion yet less than 10 minutes from I-95. In addition to the main house there is an adjacent guest house that was once the office of the country doctor, whose family called "Wilton" home for generations. A pump house and smoke house complete the suite of 19th century buildings but not the farm structures. A modern barn offers four box stalls, a tack room with W&D, a "wash yard" area, a workshop and a hayloft. Next to the barn is a paddock and four-bay storage building suitable for trucks, tractors and other farm implements.
